3. No Cost to You

Submitting a quote request through this Site is free. You are under no obligation to hire any Service Provider who contacts you. Any agreement for pest control services is solely between you and the Service Provider, and we are not a party to that agreement.

4. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site and submit a service request. By using the Site, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

5. Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting a quote request, you expressly consent to be contacted by Katy Pest Experts and its partner Service Providers by phone call or text message (including automated dialing systems and pre-recorded messages) at the phone number you provide, for the purpose of fulfilling your pest control inquiry. This consent is not a condition of any purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text or contacting us at info@katypestexperts.com.

6. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a request. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent requests, including requests on behalf of others without their consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• Any Service Provider will contact you within a specific timeframe
• Any Service Provider is licensed, insured, or qualified (you are responsible for verifying this)
• Any pest control service rendered by a Service Provider will be effective

YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND ANY SERVICE PROVIDER YOU ENGAGE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KATY PEST EXPERTS AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

• Your use of or inability to use the Site
• Any services performed or not performed by a Service Provider
• Any reliance on content displayed on the Site
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your information

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

9. Third-Party Service Providers

We are not responsible for the actions, quality of work, licensing status, pricing, or conduct of any Service Provider we refer you to. Any dispute arising from pest control services must be resolved directly with the Service Provider. We encourage you to verify that any provider is licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture before allowing service.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Katy Pest Experts or its content licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or fraudulent quote requests
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Katy Pest Experts regarding your use of this Site.
